OUR HISTORY

Chef Israel's story begins when he arrived in the city of New Albany in 2005, bringing authentic Mexican food, working in a taqueria that served Mexican tacos. People still did not know authentic food, authentic tacos from Mexico, there later the restaurant La Rosita was opened, where he brought the culinary arts of Mexico with dishes from different regions of Mexico, Chef Israel studied culinary arts in Chicago and from there He studied the capital of Mexico and Guanajuato, another state of the Mexican Republic, to learn more about his roots in the Mexican culinary arts, which acquired his experience in Mexican food, bringing here in New Albany original dishes from various regions of Mexico. His specialty is regional Mexican food. He has a history in Gormet food, since he also worked for many years in several companies that sold Gourmet foods from all over the world. He also took some pastry and Mexican baking courses. Chef Israel has a passion for the culinary arts and is always renewing dishes to bring them to your palates.
